What is DROP IN Clinic?
The LEAD SOCCER - DROP IN CLINIC was created to provide a convenient and flexible way for players to train in a group setting environment. It's designed for bu where players can simply enjoy the beautiful game through small sided games. During the hot summer days, players will have the opportunity to be themselves, play with friends, and experience the game in its most natural form—without coaches directing every move.
Why DROP IN clinic?
Our goal is to empower players to compete fearlessly and make autonomous demissions in the game. By removing as many restrictions as possible during play, players learn to make calculated decisions, work together, and develop creativity on the field. Before anything can happen, it's important that they enjoy being on the field training.

With decades of coaching and developing years of experience in the field, we're able to provide unique insights and perspectives that you won't find anywhere else.

The environment is unique just like its culture. We want players to feel welcomed and ready to be challenged as those DROP IN clinics can be very competitive and beneficial for our players. There is no long term commitment and players can join us any Saturday from 11-12pm at CCR Complex for an intensive hour of training.

Trystan Ayala is a head coach at Sporting CT, the program coordinator for Sporting CT, and owner of Elite Soccer Lab training club. He comes from Academy level clubs with vast experience at the top levels of the game. His passion, knowledge, and experience is a privilege to have in CT soccer.
